Breathe + Breaking Dawn

Stuff is moved. Boxes (most of them) are unpacked. The new place is coming along just fine. Still need to personalize it some more, but I feel like it's home now. It's awesome. 

In other news, I'm a little upset that I didn't update my blog on Breaking Dawn day, but that doesn't mean I wasn't thinking about it! Here's some highlights of my day.

I guess you can say I was excited. :D I'm going to see it for the second time tomorrow. Oh yeah. I plan on seeing it at least 4 times in the theatre... because I'm a die hard fan.

Hey you! It's me again. Can you believe it? LOL. I figured I doubled my subscribers these last few days- I better blog more!

Thanks to everyone that downloaded my quick page. I hope you'll link back to me when you decide to use it. :)

I didn't get a chance to celebrate this DSD which I'm bummed about, but there's always next year. I'm in the midst of moving so I'll be looking forward to when things slow down for me so I can get back into digi scrapping!

In the meantime, summer has come and gone! Literally overnight it seems. I don't like being cold at all, which is why i try to drink as much hot liquids during these cold months. Tonight at dinner I got to enjoy a huge cup of hot cocoa. Yum.

Should I stay or should I go?

Not going to lie, I've been contemplating on getting rid of my blog because I haven't been posting on a regular basis. Bad, yes. BUT I've had a blog since 2004ish and quite honestly, I would probably be devistated in the end that I closed down Mango Island. It's the blog I love to hate. Ok, not really. It's definitely been my neglected stepchild. Poor, poor blog. LOL. So I've decided to stick around and hopefully blog more. I'll try and promise to not let work eat up all of my time and energy. 

So what have I gotten myself into nowadays? Let's do this bullet style: 

• Waiting for Tiffany Tillman's  Scraphic 2 class to start on July 25th. In the meantime I'm take her Scraphic 2 Foundations class to get up to speed.
• Trying to finish up the last book in the Black Dagger Brotherhood series so I can start The Help. I've been quite busy with work but the truth is I don't want to let go of the Brothers just yet and the next book isn't out for some time. 
• Finishing up on my co-workers wedding invitations. Makes me want to get married again just so I can redo my invites!
• And of course just scrapping away, but not as much as I'd like to. Here's my creations from my last post.

Wow! That's quite a few digipages! I've worked on a few more I can't publish just yet though. 

I'm off to do more scrappy related things before I get started on getting ahead of work related things. LOL
