Celebrate Monday: The birthday party edition

Every Monday it's Celebrate Monday over at Simple Scrapper where they ask you to do a photo exercise to help you get back to the basics of memory keeping. This week my photo prompt is not one photo, but several.

Joey taking in his surroundings.

Big tractor wheel!

Playing with the aperture priority setting on my camera. Love the colors in this.

This was the highlight of the party. Talk about hours of fun!

See. Hours of fun. Joey was invited to a birthday party for the son of my old friend from junior high. Thanks to Facebook I've reconnected with some old friends and have met up with them. Amazing how that works! I haven't seen her in like...15 years? Long time.

She had her son's 2nd birthday party at a farm up in Half Moon Bay, that for the life of me I can't remember what the name is. We've always driven by this farm and have always wanted to stop by. They have a train ride, petting zoo, jumping houses, and other fun activities for the kids. Joey had a blast!

I'll be back tomorrow with a creative post and Twitter Tuesday!

Peace.
